Kate Gracheck

I currently work as a cycling coach for Carmichael Training Systems and am pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My true passion lies in helping people to challenge themselves and continue to grow whether in be in sport or personal realms. Today’s society sends many messages to people of all ages, but our youth are especially pressured. In working with X Factor I hope to support the kids in making tough choices and to help them follow God’s path rather than become numb and loose their sense of identity and purposefulness in life. It is a lot easier to pretend or not care than to be real! I love to ride my bike, be outdoors, and am always up for trying something new.
